Thank you for visiting and shopping at. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.
We ship worldwide, but if your country is not listed at checkout, it would be due to restrictions of supply, currently we don’t ship in European union countries.
Shipment Processing Time
All our orders are processed on the same day as they are placed, and we aim to organise the pick-up of the order as soon as possible. Our standard delivery time is 3-7 working days from the time an order is placed.
At times, the delivery time is extended by another day or two due to situations that are out of our hands for example: the 3rd party carrier not turning up on the scheduled pick-up day or some unexpected delay at the carrier’s terminal after they pick-up the order. In such events, one of our consultants will reach out to the customer as soon as possible to inform regarding an expected delay and will provide the customer with a revised ETA.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours from the time an order is shipped out of our warehouse.
