Returns & Refund Policy

We have a 14-day return policy. You have 14 days from the day you receive your item(s) to request a return. But client must pay for reshipping item (will depend on clients country and will be deducted from total before refund).

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition you received it. All items must be unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damaged Items

Please inspect your order upon receipt. Contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item. We will respond to your email regarding your return within 24 to 48 hours. 


Non-returnable items
Some items, such as perishable items, may not be returned. Perishable items include, but are not limited to food, flowers, plants, and custom made products.  If you have questions about returning an item, email us at

We do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Our store is an online store, therefore we cannot make exchanges for you. The fastest way to receive the item you want is to return the item you received, once that item has been approved for a refund, you should purchase the item you want.

We will notify you via email once we’ve received and inspected your return, and if the return was approved for a refund.  If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
